TREASURE ISLAND SENIOR

OVERVIEW

Mercy Housing California is working to develop Treasure Island Senior, a new community for seniors, located at Phillips Avenue & Tradewinds Avenue on Treasure Island in San Francisco. The development will contribute to the city’s stated goal of meeting the housing needs for all city residents. It provides 99 affordable apartments for seniors aged 62+, including 93 apartments dedicated to extremely low-income seniors and 6 units for Legacy households currently living on Treasure Island.

Treasure Island Senior is an exciting opportunity to build new high-quality affordable housing for seniors while offering them a range of community activities, case management, and supportive options, all minutes away from what will become one of the city’s newest neighborhoods.
